Positive Behaviour Support

Attachment and Trauma informed behaviour support (PSB) training is provided to the staff team and the training they received has been certificated through ‘Proactive Approaches’ We have in house trainers who are committed to delivering positive behaviour support to our teams  with the goal of enhancing the lives and experiences of young people. We believe in fostering an environment that minimizes the need for restrictive interventions, aligning with our mission #AimingForZero. By integrating trauma-informed, research-based strategies, we ensure our approach is grounded in best practices. Our training incorporates the PACE model, along with the principles of Shame and Attachment, to support the development of healthy relationships and promote resilience, ultimately empowering young people to thrive in safe and nurturing environments.”
